Our Policies

Below you will find the Policies for Legacy MD Med Spa.  

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or changes to your appointment date/time are required more 24 hours prior to appointment; failure to cancel within the required time will result in a fee of $50.00 being charged to the credit card on file. A No show is failure to cancel or failure to show for a scheduled appointment, a fee of $75.00 will be applied to the credit card on file.  If your appointment is a Sculptra procedure, these fees are doubled.

Late Policy

You will be required to reschedule your appointment should you arrive more than 10 minutes late so as not to disrupt the appointments of other patients.


If you haven't filled out the treatment forms prior to your appointment, you should arrive to the location 15-20 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time in order to fill out the required forms.  If you didn't fill out your forms prior to your appointment and don't allow enough time to do so on location, you will be asked to reschedule in order to avoid disrupting the appointments of other patients.  This is considered a late cancellation and will be charged a cancellation fee.

Service Refunds

All spa service sales are final. If there is a valid medical reason as to why you cannot utilize the Medical Spa service that you purchased, we will allow you to use your remaining balance towards other services of equal value. The only time that we will provide a refund for your purchase of a Medical Spa service, is if your complaint is accompanied by a practicing physician's note explaining your medically-inclined inability to utilize the service within 6 months of the purchase date of said service, at which point we will present you with a 50% refund of the original service purchase price.

Pre-Paid services,  Series, Packages, & Credits

Any service that was purchased at a promotional rate prior to June 2022, is now expired and may not be redeemed and/or credited.


If you pre-purchase a service in order to take advantage of a promotional offer, you have 30 days from purchase to redeem.

All service series and packages expire 1 year from the date of purchase.


Product Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it within 15 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt, in the exact condition in which it was purchased, and above 1/2 full of the original product for a full refund.  Returns more than 15 days from original purchase date, but less than 30 days may be refunded 50% of the purchase price with a valid receipt, in the exact condition in which it was purchased, and 1/2 full of the original product.  No refunds after 30 days.
